8.6 System Setup
1. Press《▲》and《▼》button to move up and down the menu item.
2. Press《 》or《X》button to make changes or to enter a next menu layer.
3. Press《MENU 》button to exit “System Setup” menu.
4. [System Setup] is situated on the second menu layer. Under this menu user may
setup the following function: Hard Disk Setup, Password Setup, Time Set,
Event List, Loss Alarm, Motion Alarm, Alarm Duration, Network and F/W
Upgrade.
Item Description
[ Hard Disk Setup ] Overwrite and format HDD.
[ Password Setup ] Password must be 6 digits. Default Password: 111111.
[ Time Set ] You can adjust the current time, date, and year at any time by region.
[ Event List ] EVENT LIST function enables playback by event.
[ Loss Alarm ] Decides whether to trigger buzzer or not when video loss occurs.
[ Motion Alarm ] Decides whether to trigger buzzer or not when motion is detected.
[ Alarm Duration ] Decides the duration time when buzzer is triggered.
[ Network ] Set up network settings depending on user’s network environment.
[ F/W Upgrade ] Upgrade DVR system through USB host (USB memory stick).
