ROTISSERIE DRIVE UNIT, MODEL BBQ110 FIG. 3 & 4
General - Fig. 3 shows the overall view and Fig. 4 shows the bottom
view of Model BBQ110. Model BBQ110 same as Model BBQ120 except the following
items.
1. Rear Enclosure – Stainless Steel, 0.8 mm thick, 132 by 103 by 10 mm
high provided with a mounting plate, plated iron, 2.0 mm thick,
measures 64 by 20 mm and 31 mm height, secured to Rear Enclosure by two
screws. Provided with 15.8 mm diameter opening for Connecting Tube.
Secured to Rear Cover by three screws.
2. Front Enclosure – Consist of three pieces. Stainless Steel, 0.5 mm
thick, Overall 131 by 101 by 66 mm, provided with a 19.2 by 13.2 mm
opening for On-Off Switch. Provided with a 15.6 by 13.7 mm opening for
Strain Relief Bushing and Power Supply Cord passage. Secured to Rear
Enclosure by four screws.
3. Rear Cover - Stainless Steel, 0.8 mm thick, 132 by 115 by 12 mm high.
Provided with 15.8 mm diameter opening for Connecting Tube. Provided
with two louver type openings, each measures 40 by 9.6 by 3.3 mm high
for ventilation. Secured to Rear Enclosure by three screws.
4. Silicone Rubber Seal Cover – Stainless Steel. 0.5 mm thick, overall
measures 42 by 23 by 4 mm high. Secured to Front Enclosure by two
screws and lock washers.
*5. Silicone Rubber Seal – R/C (QMFZ2), Pure Friend Business Enterprise
Corp (E174939), Type Flex 60G, rated V-0, 50ºC. 0.7 mm thick, overall
measures 25 by 19 by 8 mm high. Not use as enclosure. Sandwiched
between Front Enclosure and Silicone Rubber Seal Cover.
