5. Boiler control panel

5.1. Description

A wide range of system controls has been designated for Pyronox LR boilers. In the basic version, the panel

allows for operation with a two-stage burner. The enlarged modular version of the control system allows users to

freely choose the best accessories for their system among a range of modern digital microprocessor governors for

boiler, burner, heating line and consumable water control. The panels are ready to be connected. All operating

condition and failure data go through the terminals. The steel plate frame is ready for installation on the boiler lid

(LR 21-26), respectively either on the left or right side of the boiler (LR27-32).

The wiring diagram including all the options as ordered is joined with the control panel.

5.2. Basic equipment

- Safety temperature limiting device

- Two-stage thermostat burner stage 1 and 2

- TÜV overheat test switch

- LED for boiler overheat

5.3. Optional features

- Counter hours 1st and 2d stage

5.4. Governor types

RDO 243 governor

Heating governor providing burner regulation for single- or two-stage burners or modulating burners for 1 mixing

circuit and 1automatic water loading device.

RDO 353 governor

Heating and master cascade governor providing regulation for single-, two-stage or modulating burners, for 1

mixing circuit, 1 automatic water loading device and DHW circulation pump. 6 other mixing circuits can be added

for use by means of additional modules RZM 510, three other automatic water loading devices by means of

additional modules RZM 515 and the cascade control with three other boilers by means of additional modules

RZM 530.

RDO 383 governor

Heating and master cascade governor providing regulation for single-, two-stage or modulating burners, for 2

mixing circuits, 1 automatic water loading device and DHW circulation pump. 6 other mixing circuits can be added

for use by means of additional modules RZM 510, three other automatic water loading devices by means of

additional modules RZM 515 and the cascade control with three other boilers by means of additional modules

RZM 530.

5.5. Cable sets

Depending on the order, burner cables with 7 and 4-position normed connectors (DIN4791) and a connection

cable for acknowledging faults of the burner are supplied with the panel.
