This pull-down menu contains a list where you can select the desired Custom Channel for your
selection.
TIP: You can route your Sections or Alternates to a certain new or already existing Custom
Channel, or even each Section/Alternate to a separate Custom Channel to execute
any further editing much clearer.
Right beside the output headline you will find two additional Bus send pull-down menus. Here you
can immediately assign your selection to an existing or new BUS - of course you can also manage
this assignment in the Independence Mixer.
To create a new BUS channel click on the pull-down menu beside the output headline:
Select the type of BUS channel, like Mono, Stereo or Surround BUS (to create a surround BUS
channel the Independence Pro Surround Extension is required). Of course you can also select an
already existing BUS channel.
IMPORTANT: Independence allows an unlimited number of BUS channels!
The „pre“ and „post“ options in the pull-down menu assign, if a signal gets routed with its original
volume settings (PRE) or including the current value of the volume parameter and thus changes the
volume of the existing BUS channel accordingly (POST).
If you assign the BUS channel for the first time, always the POST option is selected automatically.
Of course you can change this setting at any time.
TIP: You can also bypass the BUS channels by clicking the desired BUS SEND with the held
„alt“ key.
