3.6.2 Music on Hold Prompts
Admin can upload on hold music as follow:
1) Click ‘Upload Music On hold Prompt’.
2) Click ‘Browse’ to choose the on hold music Prompt.
3) Click ‘Upload’ to upload the selected Prompt.
Note: The sound file format: GSM 6.10, 8.000kHz, Mono, 1kb/sec
