9.1 Make outbound call
To make an outbound call, we need to add trunk first. There are 3 types of VoIP
Trunk:
·Digital Trunk: E1/T/J1 ports of MyPBX, connected to the ISDN provider.
You need to get the detailed signaling type from the provider before configure
the E1 trunk.
·VoIP Trunk: Connected to remote VOIP service server.
You should get an IP address with user name/ password from the provider.
·Service Provider: Connected to service provider server.
You will get only IP address for authorization.
9.1.1 Sample Routing via E1 Trunk
Let‟s route all inside extensions through an E1 trunk by dialing 9. In
Outbound Routes, add a new outbound route as below.
