6.4.5 Inbound Routes
Inbound routing processes incoming call traffic to destination extensions during office
hours or outside office hours

There is a default inbound route for all the trunks and set IVR as the destination, you can
edit it or create a new one for your demands or you can delete multiple outbound routes at
once as required. When an incoming call arrives, the system will first check “fax detection”,
then “Holidays”, at last “Business Days”.
