Time Out for Dial Now Rule
You can configure the time out for dial now rules. That is, you can configure your phone to
automatically dial out the phone number which matches a dial now rule, after the designated
delay time.
To configure the delay time for dial now rule via web user interface:
1. Click on Features->General Information.
2. Enter the time between 0 and 14 (seconds) in the Time Out for Dial Now Rule field.
The default value is “1”.
3. Click Confirm to accept the change.

Area Code
Area codes are also known as Numbering Plan Areas (NPAs). They usually indicate geographical
areas in a country. This feature is necessary only when dialing the number outside the code area.
For example, area code is configured as “Code: 011, Minimum Length: 4, Maximum Length: 11”,
then when you dial out the number “56789”, which has digits between 4 and 11, the phone will
add the area code before the number and dial out (01156789).
To configure area code via web user interface via the handset:
1. Click on Settings->Dial Plan->Area Code.
2. Enter the desired value in the Code, Minimum Length (1-15) and Maximum Length
(1-15) field respectively.
Dial now rule and delay time for dial now rule is configurable via web user interface only.
Dial now rule is applicable for all the handset registered to the base station.
