To export a contact list via web user interface:
1. Click on Directory->Local Directory.
2. Click Export XML (or Export CSV).
3. Click Save to save the contact list to your local system.
Local Favorites
Favorites are the contacts in your directory that you call most often. You need to assign an index
number for a favorite contact. Local favorites display consecutively, according to their index
number. The contact with the lowest number displays first.
Adding Local Favorites
You can add the local favorites manually or add local contacts as favorites.
To add a local favorite via phone user interface:
1. Press ->Local Directory->Favorites.
2. Press Add soft key.
3. Enter the contact name, address, work number, mobile number, home number, title and
email in the corresponding fields.
4. Press or , or the Switch soft key to select the desired ring tone from the Ring
field.
5. Press or , or the Switch soft key to select the index number from the Index field.
