EXP40 Expansion Module

To initiate a conference call using the EXP40:
1. Press the Conference soft key during a conference call.
2. Press an EXP key corresponding to the Skype for Business contact you want to call.
You can press the page key to turn pages.
After the party answers the call, three parties are now joined in the conference.
Transferring a Call Using the EXP40
You can perform a consultative transfer quickly using the EXP keys on the EXP40. But you can’t
perform a blind transfer using the EXP40.
To perform a consultative transfer during a call:
1. Press or the Transfer soft key during a call.
2. Press an EXP key corresponding to the Skype for Business contact you want to transfer to.
You can press the page key to turn pages.
3. After the party answers the call, press or the Transfer soft key to complete the
transfer.
The call is connected to the number to which you are transferring
