Joining Conference Calls
The delegate can join an incoming conference call on behalf of a boss’s line and add the boss to
the conference call.
To add a boss’s line to a conference call:
1. Press the Answer soft key to join an incoming conference call.
2. If the conference needs the boss to be present, press the More->Invite soft key to add the
boss’s line to the conference.
The LCD screen of the delegate’s phone is shown below:
3. Press the OK soft key.
