For example, a response group named “yealink” is configured on Skype for Business Server in
advance. When a user named “Hedy” calls the response group, the screens of other agents’
phones are shown as below:

Response Group Ringtone
Response group ring tone feature allows the phone to play a distinct ringtone when receiving a
response group calls.
To set a ringtone for the response group via phone user interface:
1. Tap ->Basic->Sounds-> Ring Tones->Response Group.
2. Tap the desired ring tone.
3. Tap to accept the change or tap to cancel.
Response group can be configured via by Skype for Business Server only. Contact your system
administrator for more information.
