Thehandsetconnectstoloadthenetworkdirectory,andthendisplaysthedesirednetwork
contactlistontheLCDscreen.
Toplaceacallfromthenetworkdirectory:
1. Presstoenterthemainmenu.
2.
Select ‐>NetworkDir. 
3. Pressortohighlightthedesiredgroup,andpresstheEntersoftkey.
TheLCDscreendisplaysthedesirednetworkcontactlist.
4. Press or tohighl ightthedesiredentry .
6. Dooneofthefollowing:
‐ Ifonlyonenumberofthe
contactisstoredinthenetworkdirectory,presstodialoutthe
number.
‐ Ifmultiplenumbersofthecontactarestoredinthenetworkdirectory,presstheViewsoftkey
todisplayallthenumbers.
Press  or  tohighlightthedesirednumber .
Presstodialout.
Toadd
acontacttothelocaldirectoryfromthenetworkdirectory:
1. Presstoenterthemainmenu.
2. Select‐>NetworkDir.
3. Press  or  tohighlightthedesiredgroup,andpresstheEntersoftkey.
TheLCDscreendisplaysthedesirednetworkcontactlist.
4. Pressor
tohighlightthedesiredentry.
5. PresstheOptionssoftkey,andselectAddtoLocal‐>NewEntry.
6. PresstheSavesoftkeytoaddthe contacttothelocaldirectory.
Call History Management
Thecallhistorycontainscallinformationsuchascalling/calledpartyidentification,timeanddate,
andcallduration.ThehandsetmaintainscallhistorylistsofAllCalls,OutgoingCalls,MissedCallsand
AcceptedCalls.Eachcallhistorylistcanstoreamaximumof120entriessortedbydateandtimeof
the
call,startingwiththelatestcallentry.Youcancheckthedetailinformationofanentryinthecall
history.Youcanalsodialacall,addanentrytotheblacklistordeleteentriesfromthecallhistory.
Tocheckthelocalcallhistory:
1. PresstheHistorysoft
keywhenthehandsetisidle.
TheLCDscreendisplays4callhistorylists:AllCalls,OutgoingCalls,MissedCallsandAccepted
Calls.
2. Pressortohighlightthedesiredlist,andpresstheOKsoftkey .
