limitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallat ion.Thisequipment

generates,uses,andcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnot

installedandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,may

causeharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunicat ions.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurina

particularinstallation.Privacyofcommunicat ionsmaynotbeensuredwhenusingthistelephone.Ifthisequipmentdoes

causeharmfulinterferencetoradioor

televisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturni ng theequipmentoffandon,the

userisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowing measures:

1.Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.

2.Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.

3.Connecttheequipment

intoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhich thereceiverisconnected.

4.Consultthedealeroranexperienceradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.

1. Thisequipmentcomplieswith Part68oftheFCCrulesandtherequirementsadoptedbytheACTA.Onthebottomofthis

equipmentisalabelthatcontains,amongotherinformation,aproductident ifierintheformatUS:AAAEQ##TXXXX.If

requested,thisnumbermustbeprovidedtothetelephonecompany.

Aplugandjackusedtoconnectthisequipmenttothepremises wiringandtelephonenetw ork mustcomplywiththe

applicableFCCPart68rulesandrequirementsadoptedbytheACTA.Acomplianttelephonecordandmodularplugis

providedwiththisproduct.Itisdesignedtobeconnectedto

acompatiblemodularjackthatisalsocompliant.See

installationinstructionsfordetails.

3. Ifthisequipment[US:T2 LIPNANW52P]causesharmtothetelephonenetwork,thetelephonecompanywillnot ifyyouin

advancethattemporarydiscont inuanceofservice mayberequired.But ifadvance noticeisn'tpract ical, thetelephone

companywillnotify

thecustomerassoonaspossible.Also,youwillbeadvisedofyour righttofileacomplaintwiththe

FCCifyoubelieveitisnecessary.

4. Thetelephone companymaymakechanges in itsfacilit ies, equipment, operations or procedures that could affect the

operationoftheequipment.If

thishappensthetelephonecompanywillprovideadvancenoticeinorderforyoutomake

necessarymodificationstomaintainuninterruptedservice.

5. Iftroubleisexperiencedwiththisequipment[US:T2LIPNANW52P],forrepairorwarrantyinformation,Servicecanbe

facilitatedthroughourofficeat:
