*1 The Display is 32 bit data, but the External Device is 8 bit data. Therefore, only low 8 bit data is valid. In the
case that data is read from the External Device, data except for low 8 bits becomes zero. 
3 or more odd-numbered points cannot be written at once by Multiple Write. Split the odd-numbered points to
be written into even-numbered points + 1 point to write.
