How to Guide
Position the curved ends of
the blade to point toward the
machine housing.
You will need a torque wrench
to install the blade properly.
Blade bolt is heat treated.
If bolt needs replacing,
replace only with approved bolt.
To ensure safe operation of
your mower, periodically
check the blade bolt for correct torque.
WARNING
4. Remove the blade, saving all mounting hardware. Examine the
blade support and blade bolt to see if there is damage. Examine
the motor shaft to make sure that it is not bent.
5. Install the new blade. Use a block of wood between the blade and
lawn mower housing and tighten the blade bolt, turning clockwise.
The recommended tightening torque is 45-55
Nm.
NOTE
NOTE
Use only a replacement
blade approved by the
manufacturer of your mower. Using a blade not
approved by the manufacturer of your mower is
hazardous, could damage your mower and void your
warranty.
