ASSEMBLY This lawn mower was partially assembled at the factory. To assemble your machine follow the below instructions. HANDLE BRACKETS LOWER CONNECTING HANDLEBARS Align the three holes in the upper handle bracket with the holes in the lower handle bracket. Secure and tighten by using M8x20 bolts and nuts. Engine Start/Stop Control The engine start/stop control is attached to the upper handle of the mower. Depress and squeeze it against the upper handle to operate the unit. CUTTING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT The cutting height can be adjusted to 7 different positions. Raise wheels for low cut and lower wheels for high cut. Adjust cutting height to suit your requirements. Medium position is best for most lawns. Adjusting the cutting height may bring you into contact with the moving blade, causing serious injury. WARNING To change cutting height, squeeze height adjustment lever in the direction of the wheel. Move the wheel up or down for your cutting requirements.

When you remove the side discharge chute, the mulch cover will close. For effective mulching, do not cut wet grass.

Follow the Engine Operator’s Manual for lubrication schedule and instructions for engine lubrication. Pores in cloth grass catchers can become filled with dirt and dust during operation. This causes the grass catcher to collect less grass. To prevent this, regularly hose the grass catcher off with water and let dry before using.
