Channel Lock Privacy Slats Bottom Lock Instructions 1. Begin by identifying the 84 slats and 3 channel locks. 2. Then insert locking channels into bottom of fence, one space above bottom of fence line. 3. Insert Channel-lock privacy slat through top of fence with tapered end being down. Gently slide Channel-lock slat downwards until locking slit securely locks into locking channel. 4.
