2 STAGE 2: FENCE PANEL INSTALLATION STEP 1: INSTALLING TENSION WIRE Fig. 12 Tension Band Installation STEP 2: INSTALLING FENCE PANELS Adjustable Wrench • Thread tension wire through hole in first ratchet and wrap using adjustable wrench making 3 to 4 rotations (Fig. 13 and 14). • Stretch tension wire to tension wire ratchet at the opposite end of the fence line. Repeat the steps above and rotate until wire is tight.
