Step # 1 Step # 2 Locate the Screen Panels. Lay on a clean flat surface. Locate the Rubber Bug Seal. Starting at one end, insert the Rubber Bug Seal in the groove of the Screen Panel. Step # 3 Step # 4 Make equal distance Work your way across. Be sure to insert all the way in the groove. The Rubber bug Seal will be a few inches shorter than the Screen Panel. Slide to create an equal distance at each end. Step # 5 Step # 6 Locate the 1x6 Top Seal.
Step # 7 Step # 8 Top Create Equal Distance Bottom Create equal distance at each end. Keeping the Top & Bottom Seal in place, Set the Screen Panel Upright. Step # 9 Step # 10 Place the Top Seal in between the Rafters. Push the Screen Panel in against the Post at each side. Set the Screen Panel on top of the Post Trim as shown above. Step # 13 Step # 14 Place in against the Post. Fasten 1x4 Holding Strip to Post with one (1) 2” Pan Head Screw into each pre-drilled hole. Step # 15 Step # 16 Four (4) 2” Pan Head Screw locations. Using steps 1-15, install the Screen Panels on all remaining sections. Step # 17 Step # 18 Angle Cut Notch Locate the 1x6 Door Seal. Notice the notch and angle cut. Place on top of the doorway. Step # 25 Step # 26 Notch Using steps 21-24,install the 1x4 Door Frame on the opposite side of the doorway. Locate the Side Pieces for Door Frame. Notice the notch on one side. You will have one right hand and one left hand piece. Step # 27 Step # 28 Notch Fasten with 2 1/4” S S Screws. Notice the direction of the Six (6) 2 1/4” S S Screw locations. notch. Step # 31 Step # 32 Make the Top Piece for Door Frame flush with the bottom of Brace Section on Gazebo. Fasten with one (1) 2 1/4” S S Screw into each pre-drilled hole. Three (3) 2 1/4” S S Screw locations. Step # 33 Step # 34 Locate the Top Z Bar. Push up against the Door Frame. Step # 37 Step # 38 Push against the Door Frame. Fasten Side Z Bar to Door Frame with 1” White Screws. Four (4) Screw locations. Using steps 36 & 37, install the Side Z Bar on the opposite side of doorway. Step # 39 Step # 40 Locate the Piano Hinge. Place onto the Side Z Bar. Step # 43 Step # 44 Equal Distance Slide the Screen Door into the Piano Hinge. After the Screen Door is in the Piano Hinge, carefully close the door. Center and Square the Screen Door. Step # 45 Step # 46 Create an equal gap all the way around the Screen Door. While holding the Screen Door in place, fasten the Screen Door with 1/2” White Screws through the Piano Hinge. Step # 47 Step # 48 Five (5) Screw locations. Locate the Bug Sweep Holder. Slide the Bug Sweep Holder up into the Screen Door.
Step # 49 Step # 50 Flush Here Install the Bug Sweep Holder flush with the bottom of the Screen Door. Fasten the Bug Sweep Holder to the Screen Door with 1/2” White Screws. Step # 51 Step # 52 Three (3) Screw Locations. Locate the Bug Sweep. Step # 53 Step # 54 Slide the Bug Sweep into the Bug Sweep Holder. Slide the Bug Sweep all the way across the bottom.
