Storage of your unit.
1. Care must be taken to prevent rust on the surfaces. Cover all equipment with a
light coat of oil and use an oil-soaked cloth for cleaning all equipment. Then
cover the chipper with a big plastic bag to prevent the environmental conditions
from harming the equipment on the long run.
2. Follow the off-season storage recommendations for the engine.
3. Store equipment in a clean, dry area. Never store the machine or fuel container
where there is an enclosed space, fire presence, spark or pilot light such as water
heaters, furnaces, clothes dryers, etc.

Engine is not
starting.
1. Spark plug is disconnected
2. Fuel tank is empty
3. Fuel ON/OFF Switch is OFF
4. Air filter is clogged
5. Engine is cold, and choke
lever is on the open position

6. Carburetor is clogged
7. Low oil (Oil sensor is tripped)
1. Reconnect spark plug.
2. Fill the tank with fresh
fuel.
3. Turn ON Fuel Switch
4. Clean Air Filter or replace.
5. Move the choke lever to
the CHOKE position.
6. Contact authorized
Service center.
7. Refill with the correct
amount of oil.
Low Chipping
Performance
1. Blade edge is dull
2. Separation between anvil and
blade is not the best.
3. Incorrect chipper RPM
4. Incorrect belt tension/ worn
belt.
5. Worn clutch
1. Resharpen or replace the
blade.
2. You may adjust to
standard separation to
0.137-inches.
3. The chipper should run at
full engine speed.
4. Adjust tension, if the belt
is showing signs of wear,
replace.
5. Replace clutch.
