Engine Maintenance
Use only original spare parts for the engine. Other parts may not perform as well thus,
damaging the unit. Utilizing unauthorized spare parts may void your warranty.
Exhaust Gases Control
Maintenance, replacement or repair of devices and emission control elements may be
performed by any service center authorized by the engine manufacturer. Refer to the
engine manual furnished by the engine manufacturer or give us a call.

Using this engine powered chipper may expose you to Benzene and
Carbon Monoxide which are known to the State of California to cause
cancer and other reproductive harms.
Before making repairs into the chipper
● Disconnect the engine spark plug.
● Disconnect the battery at negative terminal (on chipper with electric start
system).
● Use only proper tools.
● Replacement parts must be the same or similar authorized by the manufacturer
and installed in the same position as the original parts.
● Do not strike the flywheel with a hammer or a hardened metallic body as the
loads may damage the inner bearing tracks. Use rubber mallets instead.
Checking for sparks
● Use an approved tester.
● Do not check for sparks with the spark arrestor removed.
