Step #4:

Connect V-Bar arms (#4) to black straight bracket (#6) and L-Brackets (#7) using 4 bolts (#13), 4

washers (#15), and 4 nuts (#14).

Connect L-bracket (#7) to black straight bracket (#6) and to frame (#3) using 4 bolts (#13), 4

washers (#15), and 4 nuts (#14).

Connect two drag mats (#8) with straight bracket (#10) by using 4 bolts (#16), 4 washers (#19),

and 4 nuts (#18) and 2 bolts (#17), 2 washers (#19) and 2 nuts (#18).
