11. Post Installation
Following the successful completion of the Yanzi smart building installation, we recommend you
to send an internal email to all company team members informing them of the reasons for the
installation. It is important is to explain the purpose of the installation and to clarify that no
images, video, or sound is ever recorded and that their privacy is respected and maintained at all
time. We then advise you to focus on all the benefits the installation will bring, e.g. a constant
monitoring of CO
2
and temperature that will allow continuous improvements of the climate
environment at the office.
