*The "Enable" column indicates Element on/off and MIDI control status, where 1,2,3 and 4 represent Elements 1,2,3 and 4, respectively. A horizontal line at the baseline ("_") or a number indicates that
an element is turned on, with the number indicating that the element can be controlled by MIDI, and the horizontal line indicating that it cannot. A horizontal dash ("-") indicates that the element is turned
off. For example, an Enable situation coded with "12_-" indicates that Elements 1, 2 and 3 are turned on, with Elements 1 and 2 able to be controlled by MIDI. Element 4 is turned off.
