Basic Operations
With this unit, you can process the signals from a Dante-enabled device such a
digital mixer that are coming into input channels 1–16, send them to your computer
via USB, process the signals using the effects in VST Rack, output the resulting
signals via Dante channels 1–16 and play them back on the Dante-enabled device.
NOTE
• Use the Dante Controller for Dante audio patching.
• Check the sounds below in your headphones as necessary.
DANTE 15-16 switch OFF: MONITOR L/R (17/18) on your computer
DANTE 15-16 switch ON: Dante 15/16 input to this unit
Example Using Analog Input/Output
You can use analog I/O channels 15/16 for various applications while applying
effects to the signals of Dante channels 1–14.
Example 1: Using the unit as a two-channel effect processor for
an analog mixer
• This processes the audio signal from analog input jacks 15/16 using the effects in VST
Rack, and outputs to analog.
Set the [MONITOR/DANTE/USB] switch to “USB.”
