Problems with TV (HDMI) connections
TV audio is not output from this product

The TV connected via HDMI cable is not ARC-compatible.
If connecting via HDMI cable, connect to an ARC-compatible TV. For more details, refer to the following.

The HDMI cable is not connected to an ARC-compatible HDMI port of a TV.
If the TV has multiple HDMI IN ports, make sure it is connected to one labeled “ARC”.

The ARC function of the TV is disabled.
Enable the ARC function on the TV. For more details, refer to the user's manual of the TV.

The TV is configured to output audio from its own speakers.
Change the TV audio output settings so it outputs its audio from this product. For more details, refer to
the user's manual of the TV.

The audio format output from the TV is not configured correctly.
The only audio that can be played on this product via the TV [ARC] port is PCM 2-channel. First check the
settings on your TV and set the audio format for ARC output to the PCM 2 channel. For more details, refer
to the user's manual of the TV.
Video from this product such as its Setup menu is not displayed on the TV

Video cannot be output from this product to a TV.
Look at the front display while operating the Setup menu, etc.
Power does not turn ON linked with the TV
(
The HDMI control setting of this product is “Off”.
Make sure “HDMI Control” of this product is set to “On”. For more details, refer to the following.

Function settings for HDMI control of the TV are incorrect.
If operation of power-ON is not linked, the audio output when the TV turns on may be set to “TV
speakers”. If operation of power-OFF is not linked, the TV Standby interlock setting may be “OFF”. Refer
to the user's manual of the TV and configure the HDMI control function.

The link became disabled due to a power failure, etc.
Unplug the power cables, allow them to discharge for about 5 minutes and then plug the power cables
back in, in the order of playback devices, this product and the TV.
