- If you think there is a problem, the 1st step is checking the following

No sound is output from a particular speaker

BALANCE is set to the maximum for either left or right.
Adjust BALANCE so sound comes out of the left and right speakers.

A cable connecting this product and the corresponding speaker is damaged.
Check the connections of each jack on the speaker(s) and this product, and if no problem exists with the
connections, the cable may be broken. Replace the cable with a different one.

The corresponding speaker may be damaged.
You can check this by replacing it with a different speaker that is functioning normally. If sound does not
come from the replacement speaker either, this product may be faulty.
No sound is output from the subwoofer

Output to the subwoofer is disabled.
Run the YPAO function. For more details, refer to the following.

Check the setting of subwoofer. For more details, refer to the following.

The volume of the subwoofer is extremely low.
Adjust the volume of the subwoofer.

The auto standby function of the subwoofer (automatically turning the power OFF) was activated.
Either disable the subwoofer auto standby function or adjust its activation sensitivity.
Noise is being output

Digital and/or high frequency equipment is located near this product.
Increase the distance between this product and such devices.
(
A cable connecting this product and an audio device is damaged.
If you check the connections and they seem fine, replace the cable with a different one.
Sound is distorted
(
The power of an external amplifier, etc. connected to the PRE OUT jacks of this product is OFF.
Turn all corresponding devices ON.

The volume is too loud.
Lower the volume.
The subwoofer volume feels too strong during Pure Direct playback
(
The subwoofer volume and crossover frequency are not adjusted.
After adjust the subwoofer's settings of the volume and crossover frequency to your favorite value
during Pure Direct playback, run the YPAO function. For more details, refer to the following.
