Routing / Patching
A mixer is not receiving an input signal 
from the RMio64-D
• Is the patch of the Dante network set up correctly by 
Dante Controller?
• Is the patch setting in the mixer set to use the Dante 
Controller?
• Is the word clock setting in the mixer set to correspond 
to the Dante network?
How can the Dante input and output 
signals be patched?
Use Dante Controller to configure the audio routing 
(patching) of the Dante network. For details, refer to the 
Dante Controller User Guide available on the website.

Is it possible to input a signal from two 
RMio64-D units to one channel of the 
mixer?
Unlike with output, input can receive only the signal of 
one channel.
Is it possible to receive the input signal 
from RMio64-D by a separate mixer?
It can be configured using the Dante Controller. For 
details, refer to the Dante Controller User Guide 
available on the website.

Other Issues
What is the latency of the Dante 
network?
The latency value can be set by Dante Controller or 
some mixers. For details, refer to the manuals for each 
product.
An internal error message such as 
“firmware mismatch” is displayed on 
the device connected to the RMio64-D.
Make sure that each device has a compatible version. 
For details, refer to the firmware compatibility information 
available on the website.

Restoring Factory Settings
Perform the following steps to restore the factory 
settings.
1. Turn the unit off.
2. Turn on Dante DIP switch 2 (DOWN), and 
turn the unit on.
All front panel indicators (except the power 
indicator) flash, indicating all parameters have 
been restored to the factory settings.
3. Turn the unit off.
4. Turn off Dante DIP switch 2 (UP).
5. Turn the unit on again.
