2 Prepare Frame & Install Strike Plate Frame Frame x2 1/2" Deep Inside of Door Door Frame 4 P/N 252006021-KC Rev A
3 Adjust Latch (if necessary) & Install 2-3/4" (70mm) Position 2-3/8" (60mm) Position TO PULL 2-3/8" (60mm) Backset 2-3/4" (70mm) Backset PUSH ! Curved edge of latchbolt must face in direction door closes.
4 Install Exterior Chassis Outside of Door ! Lever Release Button must be on door edge side 6 P/N 252006021-KC Rev A
5 Install Interior Chassis Inside of Door x2 ! Hold Exterior Chassis stable while installing Interior Chassis 7 P/N 252006021-KC Rev A
6 Install Interior Rose & Lever Inside of Door Removal Notch Lever Release Button While pushing Lever Release Button, slide lever until button engages hole in neck of lever. Repeat for Exterior Rose & Lever i Roses and levers “snap” onto chassis. If rose needs to be removed, the best tool is a kitchen fork - place tip of fork in removal notch on rose edge and push on fork prying off rose. Placing paper between door and fork will help prevent damage to door finish. Levers are NOT HANDED.
