Pull collar-arm open.
Place small collar
around seat post.
Place large collar
around handlebar
stem.
Mount Bike to rear bike rack.

Attach small collar.
Attach large collar.
Pull collars apart until the large collar
can be placed around handlebar stem.
DO NOT EXTEND TO
MORE THAN 31" LONG.
Adjust Length.
31" MAX.
