MQRB6961 Burner Tube Removal

1. Remove the six [8] DT screws from the lower portion of the Burner Tube Mount Brackets.

2. Slide the Burner Tube away from the Plumbing Connection until it disengages from the orifices.

3. Reverse these steps to reinstall.

-Warning-

Turn off Unit and allow to cool before cleaning. Only a Qualified service technician

should service and repair this appliance.

1. Remove Valve Heat Shield.

2. Remove the Glass Door from the unit. Loosen Liner Clips in Firebox Top & remove End Panels. Remove DT screws and lift

out the False Bottom.

3. Remove the DT screws around the perimeter of the burner pan.

4. Carefully work the burner pan loose & lift the assembly upward to remove it from the firebox cavity.

5. Installation is the reverse of these steps. Ensure that the mounting surface is clean & fresh Black Mill Pac is used to reseal

the burner pan.

MQRB6961- Installer’s Note: If flames appear higher or lower at one end of the unit, the primary air can be

adjusted on one of the two mixing sleeves to even the flame. Closing the air shutter slightly will result in a taller

flame on that side of the fireplace.
