Ping other devices
Follow these steps to ping devices other than the server.
NOTE:
This procedure pings devices accessible via uplink connection;
it cannot detect devices “behind” the terminal.
1 Display the site admins Service menu (see page 29).
2 Touch Diagnostic utils.
3 Touch Ping.
4 Enter the device‘s IP address in the format shown in this example:
10.0.1.1 is entered as 010 000 001 001.
Touch OK.
