Fuse Replacement
1. Isolate the unit from mains power supply.
2. Use screwdriver point-blank press of fuse holder’s groove, and then
counter-clockwise running, pull off press.
3. Putting out the press and fuse.
4. Installed the fuse that new and the same specification in to press.
5. Installed press with fuse put in fuse holder; use screwdriver clockwise turns
on lathe into that.
Cleaning and Maintenance Warning
The power must be turned off no matter replacing the filter, fuse or carry on the
cabinet cleaning from the working station. The operation must be taken by the
specialist.
Routine Maintenance
Surface
This unit is powder coated in a high gloss finish. If the unit should become in
need of cleaning, care should be taken not to use any abrasive material to
avoid damage to the finish.
Ducting
To ensure that each operator’s extraction tube is pulling the recommended
amount of air, the operator must clean the tube at least once per day with the
brass brush.
