Einbau-, Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung 2.6 Unzulässige Betriebsweisen Die Betriebssicherheit der gelieferten Maschine ist nur bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung entsprechend der nachfolgenden Kapitel der Betriebsanleitung gewährleistet. Die im Datenblatt und / oder der Auftragsbestätigung angegebenen Grenzwerte dürfen auf keinen Fall überschritten werden. 2.

Der Betreiber der Anlage muss sicherstellen, dass die festgelegte Arbeitstemperatur eingehalten wird.
Baureihe MPB, MPV Einbau-, Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung 2.8.5 Mindestmengen Beim Anlauf gegen geschlossenen Druckleitungsschieber ist zu beachten, dass die von der Pumpe aufgenommene Leistung in Wärme umgewandelt, an das Fördermedium abgegeben wird. Innerhalb relativ kurzer Zeit kann es dadurch zu einer unzulässigen Erwärmung des Fördermediums kommen, die zu einer Beschädigung des Pumpenläufers führen kann. Nach dem Hochlauf der Pumpe ist daher möglichst rasch der druckseitige Schieber zu öffnen.

Die Betonfundamente sollen eine ausreichende Betonfestigkeit nach DIN 1045 oder gleichwertiger Norm (min. BN 15) haben, um eine sichere, funktionsgerechte Aufstellung zu ermöglichen. Das Betonfundament muss abgebunden haben, bevor das Aggregat aufgesetzt wird. Seine Oberfläche muss waagrecht und eben sein.

Anschluss siehe Anhang "Anschlüsse". 5.3 Kupplung Sicherstellen, dass während der Arbeiten bei fehlendem Kupplungsschutz die Antriebsmaschine nicht in Betrieb gesetzt werden kann. Gemäß Unfallverhütungsvorschriften darf das Aggregat nur mit montiertem Kupplungsschutz betrieben werden.
Einbau-, Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung 6.1 Erstinbetriebnahme Vor dem Einschalten der Pumpe muss sichergestellt sein, dass nachstehende Punkte geprüft und durchgeführt wurden: Bei Pumpen der Bauart MPB und MPV sind vor der Erstinbetriebnahme keine weiteren Schmiermaßnahmen notwendig. Pumpe und Saugleitung müssen bei Inbetriebnahme vollständig mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt sein. Beim Füllen die Verschlussschrauben „PM2" öffnen. Bei Wasseraustritt wieder schließen.
Einbau-, Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung 6.4.2 Abrasive Medien Beim Fördern von Flüssigkeiten mit abrasiven Bestandteilen ist ein erhöhter Verschleiß an Hydraulik und Wellenabdichtung zu erwarten. Die Inspektionsintervalle sollen gegenüber den üblichen Zeiten reduziert werden. 6.4.3 Zulässige Schalthäufigkeit Bei Elektromotoren ist die zulässige Schalthäufigkeit der beiliegenden Motorbetriebsanleitung zu entnehmen.
Einbau-, Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung 6.8.2 Maßnahmen für längere Außerbetriebnahme Pumpe bleibt eingebaut mit Betriebsbereitschaft: In regelmäßigen Abständen sind Probeläufe von einer Dauer von mindestens 5 Minuten durchzuführen. Die Zeitspanne zwischen den Probeläufen hängt von der Anlage ab, sollte jedoch mindestens 1x pro Woche durchgeführt werden. 6.8.3 Längerer Stillstand Nach langem Stillstand können Stopfbuchspackungen verhärtet sein und müssen vor Inbetriebnahme erneuert werden.

Beim Ablassen des Fördermediums ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Gefährdungen für Personen und Umwelt entsteht. Gesetzliche Bestimmungen sind einzuhalten, ansonsten besteht Lebensgefahr! Vor Beginn der Demontage muss das Aggregat so gesichert werden, dass es nicht eingeschaltet werden kann. Das Pumpengehäuse muss drucklos und entleert sein.

In einigen Fällen ist der Einsatz von Neuteilen die beste Lösung. "A": Außendurchmesser nacharbeiten (egalisieren), dabei sollte die Spaltweite laut Tabelle nicht überschritten werden. Die neue Oberfläche sollte möglichst fein sein (schleifen). Bei Drehbearbeitung mittels Schleifband die Oberfläche polieren.

Wiedermontage 9.1 Vorbereitende Arbeiten Für den Zusammenbau einer Pumpe aus Neuteile sind vor der Montage einige vorbereitende Arbeiten notwendig. Bei der Wiedermontage einer Pumpe können daher einige der folgenden Punkte bereits ausgeführt sein. Arbeiten sie immer mit der entsprechenden Schnittzeichnung die im Anhang der Betriebsanleitung beiliegt. Alle Bauteile sauber reinigen und eventuell vorhandener Rost entfernen.

Wird eine Pumpe mit neuen Laufrädern zusammengebaut, ist darauf zu achten, dass die erste und die letzte Stufe immer ein Laufrad mit vollem Schaufeldurchmesser erhält. Ist nur ein Laufrad mit vollem Schaufeldurchmesser vorhanden, so ist dieses als erste Stufe einzusetzen. Vorsichtig weiterarbeiten damit die Gleitringdichtung (GLRD) nicht beschädigt wird.

La puissance stipulée sur la plaque signalétique de la machine d’entraînement ne doit pas être dépassée.

Les pompes qui, par leur destination, sont exposées à une attaque chimique ou à une usure abrasive doivent être inspectées périodiquement afin de déceler toute altération chimique ou abrasive. La première inspection doit se faire six mois après la première mise en service.

Secure disassembled pumps, units or single parts against tipping over or rolling off. While disassembling the pump use of an open flame (blowlamp, etc.) only, when there is no danger of setting fire, cause an explosion or cause injurious vapours. Never apply heat to remove the impeller nut. Use of heat may result in severe physical injury and property damage.

Replace the motor bearing according to the repair manual of the motor.
