With the “WATERLOG” in the RUN mode, you can disconnect the interface cable to the sensor
and it will continue to operate in the run mode until manually disabled or the battery power is
lost. The batteries are designed to operate the unit for up to five years depending on the sample
rate.
There are several options which will not execute in the RUN mode of operation because they
disrupt the logging process. These options are Time/Date, Logging Mode, Measure Data, and
Diagnostics.
