Select the control panel Services.
Select the Standard tab in the Service pane
Locate the Chatter - Notification Service
Click the button in the toolbar to re-start the service.
Open this log file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MJK Automation\Chatter - Notification
Service\cnsLogFiles
cnsLogFile.txt
The log file should have a content similar to the one shown to the
right.
Close and delete the log file. The folder should be empty.
Close all windows, return to the desktop
