!
·
Press the B60:xx Pump & Accessory Definitions screen touch key to display the B60:00 All
Objects screen.
!
!
!
All parameters are in bit mode with 16 bits available. A zero (0) entered for the object number means
that it is disabled. A one (1) underneath the object number means that it is enabled.
!
·
B60:00 defines all station objects. Even though an object can be defined under another
parameter, it will only work if defined here.
!
·
B60:01 defines your main pumps.
!
·
B60:02 lists your VFD pumps. A fixed speed main pump will be defined under main pumps, but
not under VFD pumps.
!
·
B60:04 allows High Speed Switching (HSS). This is used when you have multiple pumps on a
single VFD, and you want the VFD to run both pumps when "comboing" up.
!
For Example:
!
Pump 1 is a 50 HP VFD pump.
Pump 2 is a 75 HP VFD pump.
Combo 1 is the PM pump.
Combo 2 is the 50 HP VFD pump.
Combo 3 is the 75 HP VFD pump.
Combo 4 is the 75 HP VFD pump, and the 50 HP pump running across the line.
Set object numbers 1 and 2 to a 1 under HSS.
You also need to ensure that the following parameters are also set:
!
§ N20:1 set to 4 for Max Combos Normal Mode (Combo setpoints screen).
