Thank you for purchasing BOYU SPM & FSPM serial water
pumps. to assure that this product can be safely and correctly
used and exert its optimal performance, and to prevent failure
and accident, please read this instruction book carefully before
use, and obey the instruction manual and safety instruction
strictly. and keep it properly for future consultation.
Attention:
1. Make sure the electricity voltage/frequency is the same as
required on the label.
2. The drip loop is needed as a part of the cord below the level
of the receptacle or the connector if an extension cord is
used. It is used to prevent water traveling along the cord
and coming in contact with the receptacle. meanwhile, the
electricity socket must be placed at the position higher
than the water level.
3. For safe, the electricity leakage protection switch(RCD) of
which the rated working current is not over 30mA must be
installed when used the device, and there must be a earth-
ing device to the power socket.
4. Must be installed at the area that children can not reach.
supervise children and make sure they will not take playing
the product.
5. SPM and FSMP models are for under water use only.
Working long time without water inside the pump is strictly
prohibited. It must be fully submersible when under water
use.
6. The pump may not be working under the water contained
solid particles or strips, otherwise, it will accelerate the
mechanical wear and tear, and its service life is influenced.
7. The device must not be used to pump any flammable liquids
or water of which the temperature is higher than 35℃.
8. When some ones are in the water, or when moving, cleani-ng,
maintaining the device, please don't use the device and make
sure the power is off.
9. When the hands are wet, it's not allowed to pull out the cable
plug. don't pull the cable.
10. When the device is out of order or any leakage of elect-
ricity, the power supply must be cut off at once and use it
until all are fixed.
11. The electric cable or any relevant electrical problems must
be repaired or replaced by professional.
12. The power cable is un-replaceable. If any damage, the
device can not be used, and it must be scraped.
13. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabi-
lities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Use scope:
Suitable for filtration, water process and water circulation
such as indoor and outdoor garden ponds, aquaculture, seaf-
ood markets, restaurants and so on. can be working for 24
hours.

Cautions:

4、For first assembly, please refer to the Picture 1, connect the
outlet hose tails to the pump outlet and lock it by clockwise
rotation.
5、The device can be placed at the bottom of the pond. one end
of the water hose may be connected to the pump outlet, and
another end may be lead to where you would like to pump the
water to. make sure all the connection is tight and reliable.
6、The direction of the outlet is adjustable. you may loose the
outlet by the screw nut and adjust the outlet to the direction
you need (guided as Picture 2)
7、In case it is used to cycle the water of a pond, the pump
and the outlet pipe are suggested to be put oppositely at
different sides or corners. or the water can be pumped by the
device to any filtration equipment before going back to the
pond.
8、When connected the power at the first time, it's supposed to
spend 30 minutes to check if the water pump is running
steady, normal and without any abnormal or fault, and
whether there is water leakage at the pipe.
9、SPM and FSPM come with a filter housing. Please regularly
inspect and clean the housing to make sure it's not
accumulated too much dirt.
10、To disassemble the housing, please refer to the picture 3,
outward and upward pull up 4 clamps and disassemble them
to take off the upper casing.
11、After taken off the upper casing, you can clean the inside
part and the water pump. If needed, you may screw out
screws to disassemble the water pump.
12、To assemble the housing, please refer to the Picture 4, first
put the upper casing to the bottom casing and downward
and inward depress 4 clamps to fix the housing.
13、When moved or cleaned the product, make sure the power
is off and the device is not running.
14、When some ones are in the water, or when moving, clea-
ning, maintaining the device, please don't use the device
and make sure the power is off.
15、Please take the pump out of the water when it is not in use
anymore. un-connect the power ,wipe it up and keep it in
cool and dry place for future use.
Maintenance:
1、If the pump is not working after connected, please check if
the plug is loose, or if it is properly connected to the power-
supply, or the cable is damaged. never dismantle the pump
by yourself if malfunction occurs. repair must be carried out
by the technicians in the maintenance station.
2、If the motor of the pump is running but with less water flow or
water pressure, please check if the power voltage is too low,
or the housing is blocked by too much dirt.
3、When the device is out of order or any leakage of electricity,
the power supply must be cut off at once and use it until all
are fixed. observe its working in 30 minutes to make sure
it's in good condition.
4、When some ones are in the water, or when moving, cleaning,
maintaining the device, please don't use the device and
make sure the power is off.
5、Regularly clean the housing.
6、Never dismantle the pump by yourself if malfunction occurs.
repair must be carried out only by the professional techni-
cians in the maintenance station. the power cable is unre-
placeable. If any damage, the device can not be used, and
it must be regarded as useless.
