the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations General requirements and SectionⅡ Packing
Instruction 966 or 967 in order for that consignment to be declared as NOT RESTRICTED
(non-hazardous/non-Dangerous).
(q) During the transportation of a large amount of batteries by ship, trailer or railway, do not
leave them in the places of high temperatures and do not allow them to be exposed to
condensation.
(r) During the transportation do not allow packages to be fallen down or damaged.

product has been identified by the National Toxicology Program as reasonably anticipated to
be a carcinogen, Cobalt and nickel compounds have been identified by the International
Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) as a possible carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B).
Carbon black has been identified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)
as a possible carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B).
