 Please shut down if not in use for a long time.
7.3 Headphones can not hear the sound
 Check to see if set to silent mode.
 Check if the music file is damaged, or try to play other music. If the file has been damaged may lead to serious noise.
 Check whether the earphone inserted correctly in place.
7.4 Can not copy files
 Verify proper connection between your computer and tablet.
 Confirm the memory storage space is full.
 Make sure the USB cable is intact.
7.5 Do not read TF card
 Please confirm TF Card direction is correct.
7.6 Does not recognize the SIM card
 Make sure the SIM card in the correct orientation.
 Please insert the SIM card in the off state, and then restart.
