3. After the scanner reboots, scan the barcode below to place the scanner in HID mode.

4. In the taskbar, touch the Action Center icon.
5. Touch All Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
6. Slide the control to the right to turn it on.
7. Touch the plus sign to select Add Bluetooth or other device then in the Add a Device window, touch
Bluetooth.
8. Discoverable Bluetooth devices populate the window.

9. When the scanner appears, touch the ID. After a few minutes a notification appears that the devices are
ready.
