All Xplore Tablet PC and Tablet PC systems meet the safety and technical standards set by the

Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) regulating body and can be safely operated. The

Xplore Tablet PC Model iX101L1 and iX101L2 is listed as a Category II product according to ANATEL

standards for Information Technology Equipment.

The Xplore Tablet PC Model iX101L1 and iX101L2 meets the following RF Technical standards:

Internal Bluetooth Class B notice

Class B Equipment: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B

digital device, pursuant to the Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) rules. These limits

are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is

operated in a residential environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio

frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction

manual, may cause interference with radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
