Make sure that the other device is discoverable.

OTE: Your Bluetooth device might be out of range. The Bluetooth devices are designed for
short-range communication and can connect at distances up to 33 feet (10 meters).
No other Bluetooth device can detect the R12 tablet.
Make sure that your XSLATE R12 is visible to bluet
ooth devices by using the Bluetooth Settings
form.
Shortcut: If you have a Bluetooth icon on your taskbar, you can press and hold it and
then tap Open Settings to access the Bluetooth Settings form.
1. To make your Tablet PC visible to other
devices, tap the Windows Start button in the
lower left of the screen.
2. Tap Settings on the Start menu.
The Settings menu appears.
3. Tap De
vices on the Settings menu.
The Devices menu appears.
4. Tap Bluet
ooth in the left pane.
The Manage Bluetooth devices pane appears.
5. At the bottom of the right pane, tap Mor
e Bluetooth options.
The Bluetooth Settings form appears.
6. Turn on the check box labeled A
llow Bluetooth devices to find this PC.
I tried to pair my Bluetooth device se
veral times, but it isn’t detected.
Make sure that the Bluetooth device you’re adding is discoverable. Refer to the
instructions of the Bluetooth device for more information.
Make sure that the battery of the Bluetooth device is charged.
If the tablet still can’t detect the Bluetooth device, contact the device manufacturer for
assistance.
