Section 3 - Getting Started
Basic handset controls
To make a call, switch to the line you wish to use with the Mode button, then type in the number
you wish to call and press the Call button. You can also press the Callbuttonrst,thentype
in the number you wish to call.
Pressing the Mode button switches between your regular phone line ( ) and your D-Life
line ( ).
Regular phone line - you can make phone calls over your regular phone line like you
normally do.
D-Life line - you can call another D-Life user by entering their D-Life 8-digit number. You
can also call a regular phone number, including long distance or international numbers,
by entering it. Note that calls made to regular phone numbers will use your D-Life credits
according to the current D-Life Out rate.*
