carefully read the quick start manual, disclaimer and safety operation instructions provided with
this product before using it. Fimi Technology Co. Ltd. (hereinaer referred to as “Fimi Technology”)
reserves the right to update the above documents.
1. Fimi Technology shall not be held liable for all consequences caused by the purchase and maintenance
of this product through unofficial channels.
2. Once you start using this product, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, approved and accepted
all terms and contents of the product manual, quick start manual,, disclaimer and safety operation guidelines.
3. In the process of using this product, you must strictly comply with and execute the requirements including
but not limited to the instruction manual and safety instruction. Fimi Technology shall not be responsible
for any adverse consequences caused by not carefully reading the instruction manual and watching the
instruction video.
4. For all personal injuries, accidents, property losses, legal disputes, and other adverse events that are
resulted in conflicts of interest as a result of the use of or irresistible factors in violation of safety
instructions, all the relevant responsibilities and losses shall be borne by the user, and Fimi Technology
shall not bear any responsibilities.
5. Fimi Technology shall not be held liable for any illegal act that occurs directly or indirectly through the
use of the product by the user.
6. Please do not make any unauthorized modifications to this product, which will cause property loss and
personal injury. Fimi Technology shall not assume any compensation or legal liability.
7. The propeller can cause serious injury to human body when rotating at high speed. To ensure user's safety,
please turn off the drone power when operating the propeller. The user shall be liable for any legal liability
arising from the omission of this clause.
8. Relevant national laws and regulations restrict the flying area of civil drone. Before using this product,
the user should know about the relevant local regulations. Any legal liability arising from non-compliance
with the above provisions shall be borne by the user.
