4.2 Job Operations
A list of jobs will be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
3 To limit the number of logical printers, set up [Logical Printer to be displayed]
and [Registration Number], and then click the [Update] button.
A list of jobs from the selected logical printers will be displayed.
Details Displayed in the List of Jobs
This function displays the following contents in the list of jobs.

Description
Owner Displays the name of the job owner.
Status Displays the current job status.
[Receiving] Job queuing in progress.
[Queued] On standby for job processing.
[Printing] Printing in progress.
[Printed] Printing complete.
[Aborted] Job output not possible.
[Canceled] Job on standby for processing canceled.
Priority Displays [High], [Normal] or [Low] as the priority.
Document
Name
Displays the name of the document.
[---] will be displayed when the name is unknown.
Printer Name Displays the name of the destination logical printer.
[---] will be displayed when the name is unknown.
Size Displays the size of the job in units of KB.
Job Change Click here to change the job's priority or cancel the job.
