Chapter 3 Setup
Setting the Parameters from Print Services on Web
It is possible to set up the following system parameters from Print Services on Web.
Operation Procedure
1 Start up Print Services on Web and display the [Properties] tab on the
Administrator Page.
2 Select the item that is to be set up from the [Properties menu].
These procedures are performed on the Administrator Page.
Menu Item Description
Print Services Sets which of the following times should be set as the standard
for determining the priority sequence of job output for the
same job.
[QIN_FOPEN] Time to start data transfer
[QIN_FCLOSE] Time to end data transfer
Extension Sets the extension that is used to identify the format of each
file. The extension is a maximum of eight digits in length in a
combination of alphabet characters (upper case or lower case)
and numerals, and a maximum of 32 can be registered.
Set Date Sets the internal clock (year, month, day, hour, minutes).
User Management Displays and adds ftp users, and changes passwords.
