Size Input
The following two methods for judging the size of the input document are available:
Automatic Calculates the coordinates of the input document and
automatically sets the closest size.
Size Specification Directs the entry of the input document's paper size.
"Automatic" is used under normal circumstances. Specify the size manually if the
restrictions are to be placed on the input coordinates. When the size is specified, all areas
that exceed that size will be cut.
Paper Size Output
The following two methods for judging the size of the output paper are available:
Automatic When "Automatic" is selected, printing size of the document is
enlarged or reduced automatically in accordance with the size
mapping table. Also, the actual size of the output paper or that of
the output roll paper is determined in accordance with the paper
mapping table or with automatic mapping.
Size Specification When "Size Specification" is selected, the output paper size is
specified by direct entry. If the specified output paper size is
different from the input document size, the document can be
enlarged or reduced automatically to match the size of the paper.
"Automatic" is used under normal circumstances. Specify the paper size manually if all
output is to be unified on a single paper size.
