12.5 Paper Jams in the Printer and Ejection Port
4 Pull the jammed paper slowly towards you to
remove it.
5 Pull the green stopper to the front.
6 Grasp the document table with both hands and
gently lower it firmly into place.
• Avoid damaging the paper.
• Do not touch any of the high-
temperature components in the
machine when removing paper
jams.
• Ensure that the weight of the
document table is distributed equally
between both hands when lowering
it into place.
• Take care to avoid getting your
fingers caught.
